We have a wide assortment of analysis and testing equipments.

	HORIBA Laser Diffraction Particle Size Distribution Analyzer LA-300 To be used for measuring particle size if powder size is too small for use of sieves.
	A&D Moisture Analyzer MX-50 To be used for measuring moisture adhered to material surface or moisture content of powder
	Various kinds of optical microscopes To be used for measuring particle shape and size.
	JIS standard sieves To be used for measuring a relatively grainy size of powder. This is a most common particle measurement method.

Characteristics

Inside the factory building, each booth is segmented and equipped with a dust collector to prevent airborne contamination.

By separating warehouse space from other facilities, finished products are in no danger of contamination.

Narita factory is exclusively used for powder processing. We have a wide range of processing machines including pulverization, sorting, blending machines.
And we continute to introduce additional new equipments.
